book your wedding.
After form submission,  you will have the opportunity to review and make any necessary changes to our contract before signing. If unsure of something, simply leave it blank, we will go over it together.

    Contact Info
A backup for time sensitive or other important matters only.
This would only be used if for some reason we need to contact you a year or so after your wedding.

    Locations

    Wedding Day Timeline
Here are recommendations for your wedding day timeline that may help you determine the number of hours of service you will need. If you would rather go over this via phone, just let me know, I totally encourage it!

Be sure to account for transition time between events that involves relocating or just getting people situated. (5 to 15 minutes)

    PRE-CEREMONY (GETTING READY)
Pre-ceremony photos can be of great value to a wedding album. Here, we have the opportunity to document the details of your getting-ready process, people who are close  to you, helping you into your dress and shoes, etc.. Macro type photos of your wedding rings, jewelry, dress, shoes, and any other items meaningful to you, and more.

For both Bride & Groom: 1.5 hours recommended if both will be at the  same general location (account for travel, if travel is necessary).
For Bride only: 1 hour of photography recommended. This will cover photos of you getting your hair and makeup done, some candid shots, photos of your dress, bouquet, rings, etc.

    FORMALS
We understand it is difficult to fit more than one hour or so for photography between the ceremony and reception, but any efforts to meet or exceed the recommendations below goes a long way.

Family Formals -- 30 min. to 1 hour, depending on family size. These photos are typically taken immediately after the ceremony.

    Wedding Party + Couple-Only Photos -- 20 and 40 minutes respectively (1 hour total)
If your ceremony or reception location does not offer ideal spots to take these photos, we can drive to a better nearby location. Don't forget to take any travel involved into consideration when creating your timeline.

    RECEPTION
This can vary greatly, depending on what all you want to take place during your reception.

TIP: Some couples may choose to do a First Look (15 minutes) before the ceremony. If you choose to do a First Look, we can, therefore, do any of the "formals" mentioned above before the ceremony, which can give us more time and flexibility after the ceremony.

TIP: As far as outdoor photography goes, the closer to sunset, the better. If sunset is at 8PM, anytime between 7PM and 8:30PM is most ideal, allowing us the best use of soft natural light without the need for artificial lighting (flash) to compensate for harsh shadows created by strong sun light. Some couples reserve some time during the reception to take some, or all, the Couple-Only photos so that we do so closer to sunset, but only a minority can afford to do so, so I am prepared to take the best photos possible at any time of day.
Click Here to check the sunset time on your wedding day.

As soon as you have a basic timeline for your wedding day, please let us know so that we can review it together. It is best to do this ASAP, or no later than one month before the wedding, in case changes are necessary.
In the wedding world, unexpected delays are not uncommon. Reserving a little buffer time can truly make a difference on such an important day.

Refer to the pricing guide for price per additional hour for your package
Please specify quantity for prints' dimensions if you'd like some to be smaller than what comes in the package. If you'd rather have the additional album pages specified in your package in place of the prints, please type "PAGES" in the first box below.

Preferably someone likely to have their phone handy and near you the day of the wedding; in case we're having trouble locating you or other urgent matters.

This does not happen often, but when it does, I find it easier to ask politely with a card than to whisper during the ceremony

    Sales Tax
    (Per Georgia Tax Requirements)
Because a USB Flash Drive is a tangible item, a sales tax must be applied to your entire service fee when you receive photos in a USB Flash Drive. To avoid a sales tax on your full service fee, below, you must select to receive your photo files via electronic transfer. You receive the same, exact photo files as with the USB flash drive.

When you choose electronic transfer, but your purchase/package includes tangible products, such as albums or prints, a sales tax will be applied only to the estimated value of the product(s). For instance, a $2100 package that includes one canvas print valued at $100, totals to $2,107 after taxes, because a 7% sales tax is only applied to the $100.

    Lists
It is our goal to capture all the meaningful people, moments, and details of your wedding day, but if there are any specially unique or greatly desired photos that you want to be totally sure are taken (e.g., a photo of chapel's wooden doors), please let us know by submitting a Special Requests Checklist.
A Formals Checklist (example below) may also be submitted if you have a large family and/or want to make sure we don't forget anyone.
Any checklists must be submitted via email no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

    Example of Formals List:
    -  B & G with B extended family  (it's a good idea to start with larger groups first)
    -  B & G with entire wedding party
    -  B with bridesmaids
    And so on...
Beneficial for Larger Weddings: The Photo Usher's role is to help the photographer with holding the checklist and finding guests needed for each photo, like fetching uncle Larry who's secretly moved on to the cocktail hour. Often, this role is assigned to the maid of honor/best man.

If we have not met in person, and you do not mind, I would love to get a photo of you and your fiancée! It is nice to put a face to the emails :) You may upload your photo below, or you may email it separately!

Below, please upload one or two photos of yourselves, together, where you really like how you look. And if you want to go the extra mile, one where you do not think you look good (title this file "No Good"). There is a reason for this, of course, but it is also great to put a face to the emails!
